What Causes Pain In Head On Right Side?

Question: Hi, I have been having severe headaches on the right side of my head for months now, the pain is so severe sometimes I have to just lay in bed, can u please tell me what could be causing this, or do you have any suggestions on what I should do.

As I understand that your major complaint is right sided headache since months, very severe at times.
may I ask you few question
1) what is the intensity of pain on a scale of 1 to 10?
2) is it associated with vomiting, nausea, vertigo, loss of consciousness?
3) is the pain continuous or episodic?
4) if episodic how long it lasts?
5) any family history of such similar complaints?
6) any triggering factors if any?
7) what I the nature of pain throbbing, vague ache, dull ahe?
8) any difficulty in vision?

I am suspecting migraine, tension headache, headache secondary to refractory eye errors.
answers to above mention question can help me to narrow in on specific condition.
If any medication taken, kindly provide its information too.
your age and gentler details will help.
Mean while you can take some over the counter preparation of paracetamol or ibuprofen tabs.
