Brief Answer:
Get x-rays done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

You have not mentioned which area of your hip is paining, because usually pain due to picking or lifting heavy objects occur in lower back area which from which nerves supplying the legs arise. So to make your exact diagnosis I advise you to get x-ray lumbosacral in AP and Lateral view and x-ray pelvis with both hips in AP view done and send me the report.

Till then take 1 tab aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day.

Do not push or pull heavy objects. Take rest for about 3 days.

I hope it helps.
