What Causes Pain In Knee While Driving?

Question : Hello Doctor,
I have pain on my left knee when I drive my car, whose clutch is really tight. Whenever i drive through the city, Huge traffic in the city causes frequent usage of clutch and this is aching my left knee. If i do not drive the car for a week, I do not have any pain. But if i drive for half an hour, i have pain for nearly 3 days. What else can I do go get around except selling the car off?

Do regular quadriceps exercises to strengthen the muscle around knee . It will decrease your pain while driving the car.
Doing hot fomentation and application of muscle relaxant will be helpful.
