Earache in children in 95% of patients is because of outer or middle ear infection.Immediate treatment is giving painkiller like ibuprofen. It will decrease pain within one hour.Don't put ear drop/oil/water in ear.For ear infection she will need oral antibiotic which you can start today after consulting doctor
