What Causes Pain In Left Eye Despite Having Squamous Cell Cancer On Forehead?

Question: I recently had mobs done on squamous cell cancer on hairline on forehead. I habeen having headaches in left eye for ayear. Dr tried me on zrtec and nasal spray although don't feel stuffy.I tried beta blockers. Nothing has helpe. the side that has eye headache Dr says is swollen in lid and cheek. Having mri Monday. Do you think it could possibly be a squamous cell cancer that spread to sinus area or am I worrying too much. Also had eyes checked.

I can understand the worry / anxiety you are going through.

This is most unlikely, rather impossible for the squamous cell cancer of the forehead to spread to the sinuses/s.
You already have checked the eyes.
This may be an associated but unrelated problem like sinusitis.
