Question : Hi, I am having pain in my left heal for past two weeks. Is worse each morning as I get out of bed or after I have my feet propped up. Have to limp around then it gradually feels good enough to walk around for the day. I do not know of any specific trauma that may have caused it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. This condition is called Planter fasciitis. In this condition there is pain in heel, more in morning in initial few steps. It is mild condition and usually improve with time. You need to follow these advises.
1.Avoid walking bare feet. Do not wear very hard shoes. You can insert silicon insole in shoes.
2.You need to stand on toes for three minutes, at least fifty times daily. You can take support from a table.
3.Take Hot water fomentation by putting both feet in bucket of warm water.
4.Tablet Brufen for pain can be taken.
5.Rarely you might need steroid injection in heal if pain is severe.
