Question : I started noticing a popping sound in my left hip 6 months ago, when I walked. I did not have pain. I have noticed recently I am having pain when I walk in my left hip. what are your thoughts I get in and out of my car 16 to 20 times per day, on the drivers side.
Brief Answer:
This can be a labral tear
Detailed Answer:
Hello madam,
I have studied your case and two reason which can cause such symptoms are:
1. Labral tear
2. Hip synovitis
I would suggest you to get MRI of the hip joint to confirm the diagnosis. You can share your MRI with me. Let me know if you want to ask any other questions.
Thanks and take care.
