Question: I am having pain in my left lower abdomen and chest at the same time. I have been getting the pain mainly when bending over to touch my toes and sometime when I take a deep breath through my diaphragm. The pain began yesterday and came out of nowhere. Today I worked out and didn't have any pain, but I noticed the pain again this afternoon. What may be causing this?
Brief Answer:
likely to be muscle spasm

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Pain in the lower abdomen and chest which aggravate by movement like touching the toes which causes contraction of muscle is likely to be musculoskeletal pain in the absence of other complaints.
I hope you have no other complaints like fullness in stomach, breathing difficulty, constipation or any urinary complaints and fever.
If your appetite is normal, no breathing difficulty, regular stool then there seems to be no cause for concern.
It's likely that you have sustained muscular sprain and associated muscle spasm due to which you are experiencing pain.
Hot water fomentation and analgesic like ibuprofen will definitely be helpful.
In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take care
