Brief Answer:
Possibility of vitamin b12 deficiency is more.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since you are diabetic, possibility of vitamin b12 deficiency is more.
And vitamin b 12 deficiency causes similar symptoms.
Another possibility is persistent hypertension.
Worsening or recurrence of lymes disease and uncontrolled diabetes can also cause similar symptoms.
So please let me know
1. Have you ever checked for vitamin b 12 level?
2. Have you gone through MRI brain?
3. Is your diabetes under control?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Get done MRI brain and spine.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of brain involvement is more. So get done MRI brain and spine to rule out brain and spine involvement.
If both are normal than possibility of psychiatric cause like stress and tension is more.
So if MRI is normal than consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
