Brief Answer:
Examination and investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hi young man.

I can understand the plight you may be going through.
I think you are worried about the semen, which you feel is thin, and pain in left testicle.

I would suggest you to first undergo tests for blood, urine- routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity; ultrasonography of the abdomen for genitourinary system and of the scrotum too.

This will give an idea whether the semen is normal or not. Semen is necessarily a secretion of the prostate gland.

Also it is advisable to consult an Urologist ( Surgeon) for physical examination to get an exact clinical diagnosis and get assisted by the examinations as suggested and to get a prescription if required.
Pain in the left testicle may be due to a varicocele, epididymitis or orchitis.

Till then use scrotal support, drink plenty of oral fluids, avoid strenuous activities.
Get a proper examination, investigations and diagnosis to get the correct treatment and assistance as soon as possible.

I hope this answer helps you to get a correct line of management.
Please feel free to ask more if you feel so.
