NO X-ray for now. Add Tylenol to the treatment!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about what your doctor experienced. I would want to believe at this time that is it most of a poor posture than a possible fracture or dislocations. Fractures would have been more hurting and requires a stronger force which cannot go unnoticed. For m=now, rest, elevation, ice and tylenol would be able to control her pains. Unless these symptoms persist beyond 48hours or suddenly get worse, I will not want to carry out any diagnostics tests. If that, tough very unlikely happens, I will recommend an X-ray at that time.
In all, no need for an X-ray now. Add rest and tylenol to the treatment. Only seek further care if nothing good happens within 48hours. This is unlikely to be a fracture or a dislocation. More likely to be a sprain.
I hope this helps. I wish your daughter well. Thanks for using our services and feel free o ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
