Question : Back of my leg hurts a little when I stand or try to set. No problem walking. Sleeping at night it sometimes hurts. What do I do to solve the problem?

Since the back of your leg hurts when you stand or try to sit i would advise you to do MRI of your leg
I would also advise you to take tablet Ibuprofen twice daily after food with your doctors advise
