my father got some pain on river and stomach then he did full scan and reports will be sent as screenshots in attachment

can u please tell me which best way for my father
also is this cancer or not

His CT and elevated AFP level clearly indicate that he has liver cancer (HCC). He should consult liver surgeon as soon as possible. Surgery is necessary and is the only way of treatment.

It is hard to tell about the surgery possibility from the point of this forum. It depends of the general condition of your father, location of the tumors (CT images should be analyzed by a surgeon). He may be qualified to the liver transplant if the tumor is in the liver only (no spread to other organs).
Please consult hepatic surgeon or surgeon who performs oncologist surgeries (some general surgeon do it).
