Brief Answer:
Stool test to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since you have lower abdominal pain and loose stools, stomach bug is likely cause.

A stool test and a complete blood may be done.

If the test reports show infection, a course of antibiotic may have to be taken.
Till then for pain relief, you can take T.Cyclopam twice a day after food.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
