Brief Answer:
Consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation, investigations & treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/26 - slight pain power abdomen - more urination but not painful - nausea 2 days - pain in toes - one swollen - wants to know what the problem may be...

From the short history the problems look to be:
- Urinary tract infection.
- infection in the toes (fingers of legs) one of which might have XXXXXXX one leading to cellulitis and may be abscess formation.
- Both the problems may not be related.

I would advise you the following:
First all to send the sample of urine in a sterile container (available only in laboratory) for tests of routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity, before you are started on antibiotics to get a proper result.
Tests of blood for CBC, sugar, urea and creatitine and as per the orders of your Doctor.
Consult a Doctor to get a clinical evaluation, examination, to get an order for investigations and ultrasonography of the whole abdomen and to get a proper and valid prescription of an antibiotic and supportive medicines.
Any further investigations for the pain in toes.
Elevate the legs in lying down position in bed as it helps to reduce the pain and swelling.

You may please give any other additional information and post the photos of the toes.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
