Question : Hi,
I am done with c section and tubectomy on 6 April 2015. It is almost 1 month back but still I am getting pain in the lower abdomen . Outside it is looking everything is normal. Inside I am feeling pain. Could you please suggest me how to get rid of the pain , also I want to know how to recover from mask of pregnancy.

I can understand your concerns.
There are few reasons for pain in lower abdomen, so before giving my opinion about it, I would like to ask a few questions from you.
-From how many days you are suffering from pain?
-Are you having any type of vaginal discharge?
--Are you having bleeding ( vaginal)?
-Is pain associated with any other symptoms like vomiting, urinary symptoms?
I think you are asking about stretch mark of pregnancy, they are usually goes with time and there is no specific treatment but you can apply bio oil or vitamin - E oil on it.

From the day first onwards I am getting pain. Slowly it got decreased but from last one week onwards again it got increased. Bleeding got stopped and there is no vaginal discharge. At the time of urinating I am getting more pain.

Sorry for the delay in my response.
In my opinion you should consult a Gynaecologist and get yourself examined and get your ultrasound scan and urine examination test done to see for urinary tract infection,bladder infection and injury to bladder or ureter.
You should drink a lot of water, canberry juices, do not hold urine and took pain killer for pain.
You should take antibiotics if there is infection found in urine.
You have not mentioned the exact position of pain whether it is left side or right side and tubectomy done on which side and why?( I am asking because there are so many reasons which may cause pain other than UTI)
