Brief Answer:
painkillers and evaluation by neurosurgeon and orthopedics

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

This pain may be because of increased weight. First of all you have to lose weight through proper diet and exercise,in case you are over weight. Then you should take care of your BMI i.e body mass index and maintain it.

Its good it you have got your MRI done. It may be because of nerve compression which are coming out of your spine. Take good painkillers like NSAIDs and muscle relaxants.

Share your MRI report if possible and get that evaluated by neurosurgeon and orthopedic too. There are surgical options like laminectomy to decompress the nerves which is causing pain. So just relax take painkillers and follow up with the reports.

I hope it will help
Thankyou !
