Question : I am hurting in my lower back, around my pelvis, and in my legs. What could that be?

Likely to be either due to spasm of muscles or due to lumbar spondyl

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

You could be having the mentioned complaints either due to spasm of muscles or due to lumbar spondylosis. An X Ray of Lumbosacral Spine (AP and lateral) is required in order to be definite about it. Physical therapy and hot compress should provide relief.
