What Causes Pain In Lower Back?

Question : Pain in mid-to-lower back. Not sharp, sometimes feels like a "catch". I have been to a chiropractor, with some relief. It feels muscular, particularly in my spinal erectors. I exercise often, but did not experience a specific injury to cause the pain.
