Question : I have pain in lower bladder area. No pain while urinating. Pain not consistent, but frequent.

As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
Pain in lower bladder area, may be due to several causes.
Commonly, it's an urinary infection(UTI).
Other causes could be a stone, inflammation in bladder called cystitis, etc.
You need to see an Urologist and get examined.
You'll need to carry out certain tests like :
1.urine routine and culture.
2.Blood routine, sugar,creatinine.
3.An ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
With these reports, the Urologist can advise you the proper treatment.
In certain cases, a cystoscopy test may be needed.
