Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Based on your description, I would advise adding a muscle relaxant like tizanidine to NSAIDs such as lornoxicam. Its good that the common causes such as kidney stone, UTI, ovarian cysts were ruled out via an ultrasound. The inguinal region including the nodes need to be examined to assess for pain, swelling , tenderness and lymphadenopathy. The spine also needs to be assessed along with a neurological exam of the lower limbs especially. X ray lumbosacral spine or an MRI can be advised based on the clinical findings in the exam. If no positive findings are elicited then NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, in combination with gabapentin and physiotherapy can be advised.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
