Thanks for your query at HCM
I understand your concern and situation.
Do you have a travel history, describe your skin lesion, better if you upload a picture. Do you have joint pains, cough?
Your symptoms are very much suggesting viral infection. Pain in legs with fever and vomiting are seen in dengue fever, west nile fever or chikungunya. As rashes are occurring, physical examination are needed from a physician. You will need to get haemogram especially DLC and platelets, urine microscopy examination, serological test for dengue by IgM capture ELISA, measles, valley fever, rikettsial infection, if it is common in your geographic area.
If rashes are occurring, it suggests low platelets or it could be due to overdose of analgesic. It requires urgent attention. Kindly visit a physician for proper evaluation and laboratory tests.
Meanwhile you can take antipyretic, antiemetic like domperidone, tepid sponging if needed, document your fever, drink plenty of fluids. Take proper rest. You can take levofloxacin to prevent secondary infection after seeing your doctor.
I hope I answered your query.

Hi,
Ok then it is very much likely to be a viral with rashes. Visit a physician for tests and meanwhile take supportive treatment. Get back with the tests.
