What Causes Pain In Lower Part Of Abdomen On Right Side?

Question: I have pain to my lower part of my body just above the penis, just to the right side. I wake up in the morning and it hurts and goes to my lower back. I have been doing some stretching exercises to open up my hip area. could this be caused by these stretching exercises. I also drink alcohol alot.

sometimes the pain extense to my testies. the pain will go down to my testies and then it goes away

At this situation i suggest to stop streching for two weeks and use OTC.
If after two weeks the pain continue again you should do scrotal ultrasound.
