What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdomen Radiating To Hip And Thigh?

Acute Abdomen should be ruled out on the physical exam
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Lower abdominal pain on the right can be due to a number of causes including Appendicitis, Irritable bowel syndrome, Constipation, Diverticular disease, Urinary tract infection, Kidney stones etc. The extension to groin / hip or thigh can also be involve musculoskeletal issues including hip joint abnormalities. The abdomen needs to be examined along with the thigh and hip joint. Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, urinalysis, CBC, stool for ova and parasite should be advised. Specific investigations including colonoscopy or barium studies would be decided based upon the findings on the physical exam, in consultation with your doctor. Empirically, ranitidine/ PPI, antispasmodics like dratoverine or hyoscine butylbromide can be advised to give relief.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
