Question : I am male 47 years of age I get this pain on my lower right of my stomach that goes into my public area it comes and goes any ideas. ..

Thanks for your query, albeit very small and does not give any information about other symptoms or so.
Please provide more information about your problems:
-Since when have you got this problem ?
-Any other associated symptoms like - nausea, vomiting, distention of abdomen, loose motions or constipation, fever, Urinary troubles ?
-Any medications / Investigations / Consultation with any Doctors ?
From the very small history of pain in the lower right side of stomach that goes into pubic area can be due to the following reasons:
-Inflammation of the Urinary bladder,
-Stone in the right lower ureter
-Rare causes : long appendix with inflammation at the tip / Intestinal infection /
Irritable Bowel Syndrome / Prostatitis and so on...
One needs a detailed history, careful physical examination of the general body, local examination of the abdomen, Per-rectal digital (by finger) examination.
Investigations: of the blood, urine and stool; urine culture and sensitivity;
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
-Endoscopy of the urinary bladder, colon if required.
-You definitely need a Specialist Doctor in the field of Surgical / Urology to come to a diagnosis ASAP.
-The treatment will necessarily depend upon the findings on clinical examination and the investigation. Please go through these.
