Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be pregnancy.Could be infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam.
It is unlikely that you are pregnant. Pre cum should not lead to pregnancy. And pregnancy should not lead to pain on palpation in a two week pregnancy. It could however be a low grade infection. You should get evaluated by a Gynecologist and get an Ultrasound abdomen and Pelvis done to be sure.
That will rule out both the conditions.
Take care and do let us know if there are any further queries on the subject.
