Question: I have mild left lung pain, especially when I retire to bed at night, right femur pain (feels like it is in the bone itself and tends to be a sharp pain). I have started to have headaches with light sensitivity. I have a good deal of fatigue lately. I am 50 yo wm smoker and otherwise

Brief Answer:
i want to know little detail about your illness

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that your lung pain can be related to either heart problem or smoking. I would recommend you to get a ECG and chest x ray to see if any thing wrong with your heart. It would be better of you can stop smoking.
For your thigh pain which you think is in femur bone, I would suggest you to get a x ray. It will tell us if there is something wrong in the bone.
If bone is normal than most probably this pain is due to either low calcium or vitamin B 12. Specially B 12 deficiency is common in smoker. As you are saying that you are feeling fatigue, it can cause both thigh pain and headache. Fatigue can occur due to low B12 or low calcium.I would recommend you to follow these advises.
1. take tablet Methylcobal daily. Also take calcium and vitamin D 3 daily.
2. Do not walk or stand for long time. Avoid any physical fatigue.
3. If pain is still not relieved with medicines than you need to get MRI.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks.
