Brief Answer:
Most probably a hernia

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted your history of being 34 years old and began pain in mid abdomen this morning as you tried to stand up straight.
The commonest cause of such a pain is a small hernia, in which the fat or so gets entrapped to cause a pain, occurs classically when someone tried to stand up.
Please get this physical examination by a General surgeon as these hernia are rarely palpable and even ultrasonography can miss in a few cases.
Another possibility of acidity or intestinal problems will be associated with other symptoms also like nausea, vomiting or bloating or so and since you have not mentioned these I take these are not present.

I hope this answers your query, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
