Question: Hi
My son is 6 year old, one of his milk tooth is having pain. and seeming new tooth will come. but I see a bulge in his gum. please suggest what is wrong. attaching the snap.

I went through attached reports & it seems like abcess tooth which needs to be extracted.You need to get an IOPAR done of associated tooth to rule out exact etiology.
Meanwhile you may give him ibugesic syrup & amoxiclav-375 for 3 days. Consult your dentist for further treatment plan.
