Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

There are some possible causes for lower left abdominal pain:
-It might be related to intestinal problems like diverticulitis , constipation or Irritable bowel syndrome .If you don't have any other symptoms like diarrhea ,blood in stool etc ,it is less likely that the pain is related with these conditions.

-It might be due to an left ovary cyst.
If you are near the days of ovulation ,it might be this the cause.

-Urinary tract infections like bladder infections or kidney stones can cause such symptoms.

It is difficult to say something more about the possible cause without obtaining a detailed medical history and physical examination.
If the pain doesn't seem to improve in a couple of days , you should consult a physician and get examined.
An abdominal ultrasound, and urinalysis are necessary to exclude urinary tract infection, ovary cysts.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
