Brief Answer:
This can be easily treated,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back,

You answers made it clear to me that you do not have any other ongoing problem except some stomach issue,

This is common, I will suggest you not to take exedrine , its most forms have caffeine which produces more stomach acid and in the long run causes more issues.

Here I want to mention that you don't have to worry you issues can be treated easily and are completely treatable.

SUGGESTIONS:

1) Life style and food change:

a) Avoid>> sour, acidic food, fizzy drinks, energy and caffeinated drinks, chocolate, fried, fast food, cigarette alcohol(what ever applies ).

b) Stay active do daily walk.

c) Don't do binge eating, eat easily digestible food.

d) Take dinner 2 hours before you sleep

e) I would also suggest my clinic patients to take omerprazole 40mg once daily.

f) A prokinetic like metoclopramide twice a day is really of help.

e) Over the counter antacids like syp gaviscon help for acute control too.

Pain killers worsen the issue by damaging stomach, tylenol can be taken in least possible doses.

If you follow the suggestions you will feel relieved in a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
