I'm 48 ,male,just eaten at local restaurant, loose and hard stool no blood, no other symptoms other then stomach pain discomfort feeling like I want to go toilet or vomit.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, this may be a concerned if the body's mechanism do not control the problems and then you may need prescription based medications.
Take take an antispasmodic for pain in abdomen.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole to avoid more acidity.
Also take activated charcoal and probiotics.
Banana and curds / yogurt.
Use boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.
No outside /stale food.
See for the results.
Get stool and blood tested and consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation so that an appropriate prescription based medications can be started if required.
