Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Globus hystericus is a feeling of lump in throat as part of a conversion disorder Relaxation therapy, deep breathing exercises, yoga and hypnosis therapy are considered effective in this condition. An organic cause should be excluded by an ENT doctor to look for any lump or lymph node enlargement in throat. GERD should also be adequately treated as reflux disease can possibly be the cause of such irritation.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
