What Causes Pain In Neck And Shoulder Radiating To Chest While Bending?

No, it's not a lung cancer.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having green phlegm. I would like to ask you few more details.
Is there any nasal obstruction or post nasal drip (sinus secretions dripping back into throat) ?
Is there any belching or regurgitation of partially digested food ?
Kindly get back to me with the details.
Based on your clinical details, it appears to be sinus infection (no cough and no sputum) or acid peptic disease ( bile appears greenish with gastric reflux).
No. it's not a lung cancer ( no cough, no bloody sputum, no weight loss or breathlessness and it's common in your age).
I suggest you to follow these measures to overcome your issues.
1. Do steam inhalation twice daily to clear sinus secretions.
2. Start ppi inhibitor (pantaprazole) protonix ( OTC brand name) once daily, before food for couple of days.
3. Neck pain could be due to over straining of neck muscles (prolonged watching moniter or tv) or cervical spondylosis. confirmation can be done by local examination and x-ray cervical spine.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.
Blood tinged secretions could be from stomach or lungs or from sinuses.
Nutritional deficiencies might be the cause for pains in leg.
I suggest you to consult ent surgeon and get evaluated with investigations ( blood tests- nutritional deficiencies, nasal endoscopy- sinusitis). Mean time, kindly follow the instructions, what I have already mentioned.
Take care.
