                                    Brief Answer:
infection , cavity
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for consulting HCM.
I have gone through your query.
Pain in nerves on teeth can be due to some infection either due to cavity or through gums.
I would suggest you to visit a dentist to find out the exact cause.
If you don't have either of these problems then you can take aceclofenac plus paracetamol combination.
As you have mentioned heartburn in your medical history.i would advice you to take pantoprazole 40mg empty stomach before taking the painkiller.
If the problem persist you should visit a doctor.
If you have any further doubts i would be happy to answer.
Take care
Regards
Dr. Shesh
