What Causes Pain In Oesophagus While Eating?

Visit a Gastroenterolgist and get endoscopy examination
Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). It appears that you are having acid peptic disease. This is not an immediate concern, however I will suggest you to visit a gastroenterologist who will do an endosccopy examination on you to diagnose.
Meanwhile I will suggest you to:
1.Avoid fatty meals
2. Don't lie down soon after meals for at least half hour
3.Take small and frequent meals, instead of full meals at a time
4. wear loose clothes
5. If you are overweight or obese do weight reduction with dieting and exercise
6. Avoid straining while defecation, lifting heavy weight, coughing, sneezing and smoking if you do
Among the medications:
1. I would suggest the use of domperidone. .it don't simply act as a prokinetic agent but it also increase the tone of lower esophageal sphincter
2. A proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole
These are prescription only medicine which your doctor will know about.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
