Question : I have exquisite pain in my penis after ejaculation. It has only happened within the last month. I am 69 years old and very active sexually with my young wife. Thank you

Hi

Since you are having exquisite pain in your penis after ejaculation i would advise you to do a CT scan of whole abdomen.

Prostate infection and cancer could cause such problem.

I would also advise you to do a urine culture test to rule out urinary tract infection.
