Question : I am getting a lot of pain in my pennis. Getting very much tired. Low blind XXXXXXX Bad memory and a bed health. Unable to sleep. Whenever my pennis erect semens come out easyly. I was having urinary track tuberculosis also.

As you told that you are having pain it could be due to balanitis, prostatitis or urinary tract infection. Therefore I suggest that you must get thorough evaluation done by a surgeon. You need to take certain tests like urine routine microscopy and culture for aerobic and anaerobic infection and mycobacteria. Also require semen analysis, routine microscopy and culture for aerobic and anaerobic infection and mycobacteria. Certain tests for STD also need to be tested like herpes, syphilis, chlamydia, etc. You can use Ice packs to ease the pain. If penis pain is caused by a sexually transmitted disease then it is important for your sexual partner to also be investigated and treated.
If erection that does not go away is a medical emergency. Get to the hospital emergency room immediately if pain persists. Eat protein rich healthy diet and drink plenty of water.

I have gone through all tests. Went to XXXXXXX new XXXXXXX Treatment in XXXXXXX Apollo also done doctors telling that nothing problem is there. U have the mental problem. But the mental problem getting dipper due to this pain and sensation in my pennis. I have no sexual intercourse yet also. They r giving the pain killer only. To whom shall I visit for a good treatment. Staying at XXXXXXX Can u suggest me a good doctor at XXXXXXX or anywhere else for my treatment. In 2012 once I did 3 times masturbation within 5 min and this semen problem started there only. My psychiatric problem also started there only.
