Question: divine,am having pains on my pennis right ball.urinate frequently at night.have something like peanut in my bladder.40yrs old.pls advice.

How do you know that there is something in the bladder? Have you had an ultrasound done? If so can you please attach the report?
Your symptoms definitely indicate that there is some infection in the urinary tract. Testis inflammation or prostate inflammation are possible. If there is a lump in the bladder, it may be the reason of infections.

i can feel the small ball like peanut inside me.meanwhile sometimes the pain will stop at after a while continues.pls advice further
