Brief Answer:
You should consult urologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

How do you know that there is something in the bladder? Have you had an ultrasound done? If so can you please attach the report?

Your symptoms definitely indicate that there is some infection in the urinary tract. Testis inflammation or prostate inflammation are possible. If there is a lump in the bladder, it may be the reason of infections.

I suggest you to start with urine analysis. If there is a lump in the bladder, you should definitely consult urologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Strat with abdominal ultrasound.

Detailed Answer:
Than ultrasound is the first step which should be taken. You can not be able to feel anything present inside the bladder. Urine analysis is also necessary. Urologist seems to be the best address.
