Thank you for the query.

Such symptom is quite characteristic for urinary tract infection, most likely urethra infection. You may have also frequent urinating, burning while urinating, lower abdominal pain. Trace of blood can appear in the urine.
If you have prostate enlargement, this can be the cause of such infection.

I suggest you to have urine analysis done. Antibiotic might be necessary. Please also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.
