I am feeling pain in upper part of penis. No frequent urination though. No infections though.

If uroinfection and STD is ruled out then you need to do prostate ultrasound and PSA marker check. It will show possible prostate hyperplasia. If nothing is found then cystoscopy should be considered. Till that ,try to avoid intercourses and drink plenty of fluids. Wish you good health. Regards

At this point what std tests I can undergo? As my post stated my last exposure was on 25th of March.
