If uroinfection and STD is ruled out then you need to do prostate ultrasound and PSA marker check. It will show possible prostate hyperplasia. If nothing is found then cystoscopy should be considered. Till that ,try to avoid intercourses and drink plenty of fluids. Wish you good health. Regards
