Thanks for your query.

As the pain has recurred, we need to exclude other causes. You have not mentioned what all investigations you have received. But at this point, I would recommend CT scan of abdomen, endoscopies and blood work including amylase, lipase. These would exclude causes like colitis, cancers, pancreatitis, gastritis, kidney problems, etc.

I think the diagnosis can be reached on these.

I don't understand what you mean exactly by how much it would cost you as you must have made the payment already.
