Question : I have pain in my rectum once in a while during ejaculation. Is that a possible enlarged prostate or early prostrate cancer?

I recommend you totally disregard this. Prostate disease manifests with urination symptoms like pain, poor and weak stream, frequent urination in small quantities, etc. and not transient pains during ejaculation.
