What Causes Pain In Rectum While Passing Stool?

Question: Hi, From past 2 days, its hurting the rectum when im taking a dump (Poop). There is no bleeding, no pain elsewhere or any other time. No change in dietary habits.

Brief Answer: Hard stools are culprit Detailed Answer: Hi, I suggest you to check if you are passing hard stools or if there is anal fissure because of constipation. You can add Ispaghula powder in 200ml water before you sleep at night. Increase the water intake. Add two fruit bowls to your diet (not juice). These should help you. If not you should see a doctor to check for anal fissure in the clinic. Hope this helps
