Brief Answer:
better to rule out cardiac causes
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am sorry about your current health concern.
Although it does not seem to be alarming at this stage, this kind of pain in a 70 years old necessitates immediate action to rule out cardiac or heart causes. I would suggest that you rush to the nearby medical set up and get an ECG done to rule out the same. If the ECG is normal, then it is likely to be related to gastritis. In that case, XXXXXXX seltzer chewables will help you.
Please go ahead and get investigated accordingly.
