Question : Hi, I have been having a lot abdominal discomfort. Everytime I eat or drink anything my stomach becomes all the time. I was diagnosed with a syringomelia at T9-10 ten yrs ago in that same vicinity. I have so gastric emptying, nausea and now tonight sensitivity to right eye which radiates around to the occipital area of head. Aching intermittently but sensitive with movement of the eye skin and touch. Also diaphoretic intermittently especially when I am up working, start becoming diaphoresis and sweat drips down my face.

Nerve supply for bowel control is from thoracic region , T 5 onwards. Your stomach issues could be from syringomyelia at T 9.
syringomyelia can progress slowly causing pressure over nerves. So better to get neurological examination done. And MRI of thoracic region helps to check for disease progression.
Further treatment depends on your MRI report.
