Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Pain in one eye along with light sensitivity has many causes and needs proper investigations and prompt care as it may also be due to some serious and alarming eye disorder that may lead to loss of vision if not treated in a timely fashion.

Reasons may be associated to eye itself or the bony orbit covering the eye, or even from the remote structures around the eye.

It may be due to increased eye pressure (IOP) known as glaucoma, Or infection of Iris, Cornea, Sclera. It may also be due secondary to systemic disorders like diabetes hypertension. Optic neuritis is also a very important causes of symptoms you are facing.

The nature of your symptoms concerns me. You need an in-office visit to an Ophthalmologist for proper investigations of the cause of the pain. Once the cause is diagnosed, your Ophthalmologist will treat you accordingly.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns. I will be happy to get back to you shortly. If satisfied here, please give a five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
