Brief Answer:
Plantar fasciitis likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
At your young age, the pain in the knee is more likely to be due to stress related minor capsular inflammation rather than decrease in the joint lubricants.
The pain in the heel is due to plantar fasciitis. It happens due to inflammation of the plantar fascia.
A short term rest and oral anti inflammatory drugs are required to take care of the inflammation.
To help the pain, ice the area immediately after getting up in the morning. You can use either a store-bought cold pack or a frozen wet towel. Ice for 10 or 15 minutes. To reduce inflammation, take an aspirin or ibuprofen at mealtime.

A 4-inch wide Crepe bandage wrapped around the region also helps reduce discomfort.
Calf and anterior (front of) leg stretching and strengthening addresses the biomechanical problems and reduces pain.
You may need few physiotherapy sessions along with prescription anti inflammatory drugs after getting yourself examined from an Orthopedician.
I hope this answers your query.

Thank you Doctor this reply will help. Even I feel pain is due to my prolonged jogging practice I have been following from age to 25. Any calcium suppliment do you suggest?

Brief Answer:
Can be due to jogging.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Prolonged jogging can also cause inflammation and pain both in knee and heel. You can take rest for a few days and start calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements. You can take tab. Corcium and Uprise D3 once a day with milk.
Hope my answer is helpful.
