Brief Answer:
Need clinical evaluation. Do some investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) According to your information, above clinical features may be due to ovarian cyst (right side), early phase of appendicitis, colitis, Mittelschmerz syndrome (mid cycle ovulation pain - seen among 20% women), Pelvic Inflammatory Disease etc.

2) I suggest you to undergo clinical examination and some basic investigations like one pelvic ultrasound scan (USG), complete blood count and routine urine examination. These will help to confirm the diagnosis.

Kindly, review with tests report for next level management of the case or you can consult with nearby gynecologist for the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.

Can this be a sign of pregnancy? I just finished ovulating did not have vaginal intercourse but had anal but was protected with baggy... Is pregnancy a possibility?

Brief Answer:
No chance of pregnancy by anal sex.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up query.

In this case, you have NO chance of pregnancy with protected anal sex. Pregnancy is possible only if you have undergone unprotected vaginal intercourse with ejaculation during your fertile days or ovulation day. Don't be worried about this.

Take care and good luck.
