Common things that can present with such one sided back pain are kidney stone, back muscle spasm or pelvic infection.

Ideal is to get an ultrasound and clinical evaluation done.

Or you can give try to few things to see if this resolves- rest, oral painkillers, gentle massage, ice bag application, drinking lots of water and avoiding any undue physical activity.

Try this for 1-2 days and if symptoms persist , see your doctor.
